RalphTeamRalph Esposito Jr. is a naturopathic doctor and licensed acupuncturist 2016 candidate at the University of Bridgeport College of Naturopathic Medicine and Acupuncture Institute. Ralph graduated cum laude from New York University with a Bachelors of Science in Nutrition and Food studies. He works closely, publishing and researching with Dr. Geovanni Espinosa N.D., L.Ac, founder and director of the Integrative and Functional Urology Center at New York University Langone Medical Center (NYULMC). Upon graduation Ralph would like to practice in New York and expose the efficacy and strengths of integrative and functional medicine in men’s health and urology. Ralph has special interests in men’s health, andropause, endocrinology and fertility. Being a first generation Italian-American, food, wine and cooking is imprinted into his DNA. When Ralph isn’t in the kitchen cooking he is out exploring different cultural foods and studying their medicinal history. His favorite meal, of course Italian, is Neapolitan margarita pizza. On his free time he enjoys challenging himself with weight lifting and cross-fit training. If not watching Food Network or SportsCenter, Ralph is following his favorite blog metaboliceffect.com
