Ralph graduated cum laude from New York University with a Bachelors of Science in Nutrition and Food studies. He works closely, publishing and researching with Dr. Geovanni Espinosa N.D., L.Ac, founder and director of the Integrative and Functional Urology Center at New York University Langone Medical Center (NYULMC). Ralph has special interests in men’s health, andropause, endocrinology and prostate cancer. Being a first generation Italian-American, food, wine and cooking is imprinted into his DNA. Culinary Nutritionist |Jackie Topol, MS, RD, CSO, CDN is registered dietitian and culinary nutritionist based in New York City. She holds a Masters degree in Clinical Nutrition from New York University and has over 8 years of experience in culinary arts. Jackie is a Senior Clinical Dietitian at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital/Weill Cornell where she specializes in oncology. In 2014 she launched a new program specifically designed for oncology patients called “The Nourishing Kitchen” where she teaches patients and their family members nutritious, easy-to-make recipes through cooking demonstrations. This year, NewYork-Presbyterian published a book Jackie co-authored entitled “Nutrition During Cancer Treatment”, which guides patients on how to manage various side effects through tips, suggested foods, and recipes.In her free time, you’ll find Jackie in the kitchen with her students at the Jewish Community Center in Manhattan where she has been an instructor since 2007. Jackie is passionate about sharing her knowledge of nutrition through her therapeutic cooking classes that feature foods that prevent diseases and promote good health.
